I received my order today. It's BEAUTIFUL! My son loves them! This is my second order with Evver and BOTH times. The items are BEAUTIFUL & worth the money and I will definitely use them again and suggest them to friends/ family! The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the customer service. They don't list a phone number to talk to an alive agent about any issues or questions! You can only reach them via email! They said that they respond to emails in 24 hours, the first order that I made with Evver they did follow up as promised, they kept me informed about my oder until it arrived at my door and once again, it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & for it to be custom, it arrived SUPER FAST! HOWEVER, the second order didn't go anywhere near as smooth! It took forever for ot yo arrive, I placed it in what I felt was plenty of time to be here by Christmas for my son's present! It didn't get here until today, 12/28/23!
